Jens earned an MSc Economics, specialising in strategic planning and marketing, before starting a career as a marketing manager for B2B and B2C brands.

Jens joined the consultancy industry as the contact director of Saatchi & Saatchi and later as the CEO of Republica. After a few years as a strategy consultant specialising in business development, Jens returned to the industry in 2008 as the CEO of Marketsquare. A sought-after speaker, he has held multiple positions of trust, including, chair of the board at the Danish School of Advertising and at Dansk Markedsføring, member of Dansk Markedsføring’s supervisory board and member of the board at Detailforum.

Jens is married, has three children and lives in Charlottenlund. He likes to spend his free time on experiences and traveling with family and friends or working up a good sweat on his mountain bike in the woods.

Camilla, who has an MSc in Social Science specialising in public relations, began the first decade of her agency career at Saatchi & Saatchi and Republica. Responsible for marketing, communication, PR and management, she then focused on the customer side for seven years before joining Marketsquare in 2013. She has worked with clients in fast-moving consumer goods, media, gas and oil, shopping malls, NGOs, online gambling, tobacco, beauty, lifestyle, children, banking, insurance and sport.

Camilla is married, has two children and lives in Rungsted. She spends her leisure time with family and friends and on sport, art and traveling. Life just isn’t same for her if she doesn’t get to read the newspaper daily; the printed version, mind you.

David has an extensive career in the industry behind him, most recently coming from a position as creative director at Orbit Red. David cut his professional teeth at the agencies Leo Burnett, Euro RSCG and LivingBrands, becoming the creative director at JWT in 2008. Design, digital, craft, advertising and direct awards adorn his office. He has also been an external lecturer and examiner at DMJX (Danish school of media and journalism) and served on the board at Creative Circle for many years as chair of the jury. David has delivered integrated campaigns for brands, retailers and service companies to Danish, Scandinavian and global markets.

David is married, has two teenage children and lives in Østerbro in Copenhagen. He spends his free time at his cottage in Sweden or sailing endlessly in the archipelago.

Mikkel is our Digital Director. He graduated from The graphics arts institute of Denmark (now DMJX) and has worked with digital business development for 15 years.

In 2007, he founded the digital agency Mediafriends, which for five years provided digital services both to direct clients and to a wide range of larger advertising agencies. One of these agencies was Sunrise, where Mikkel joined as a partner in 2012 and took responsibility for developing the agency’s digital profile and capabilities.

Mikkel has also contributed to the development of the digital SaaS solution Zuuvi, and he serves on the jury of the Danish Digital Awards.

Privately, Mikkel lives in NV with Miriam and their two children. In his free time, he produces music with his friend Morten under the name Soulmagic – and he has also been DJing for more than 25 years.
