For eleven years straight MyResearch has conducted the MyImage analysis, which sheds light on how advertisers view Danish advertising agencies and their skills.
At Marketsquare we are both humbled and proud that advertisers have chosen to give us two top rankings this year: We received second place for having an excellent understanding of our clients’ businesses. The fact that this is one of the criteria that advertisers weight most heavily when selecting an agency adds to the achievement. We were also ranked No. 2 for Excellent consumer insight.
Receiving acknowledgement for our work is highly satisfying, as is receiving recognition for the skills and qualifications we have worked on honing and profiling. At Marketsquare our driving force is that our advice is based on a fundamental understanding of our clients’ businesses and on the respect we have for the market in which they operate. This approach, combined with in-depth consumer insight, is the bedrock of our work.
Digital developments affect the use of channels for both information searches and purchases, which is why continually updating our insights and understanding of the customer journey and the underlying decision-making process for purchases is vital to us. For this reason we conduct our extensive annual Shopper Insights study of 13 industries to chart buying behaviour and the buying experience in both physical stores and e-commerce.
